Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and outdoors. All locations also offer a free Plum Moms Club so moms can form lasting friendships with other moms through organized playdates, moms' nights out, and activities for the whole family.

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms to focus on themselves. Each session runs for 8 weeks and includes before & after assessments, Mama Wants Her Body Back DVD's and Food Journals. We meet 2 times a week for 8 weeks.

Body Back Maintenance passes are perfect the mom on the go! After completing the 8 week Body Back® program its time to maintain the form you worked so hard to achieve. These classes are for just that, an hour long, fun but challenging workout to keep you feeling great!

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. more

Enjoy fun and playful activities with your child and build a tight community of like minded moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter.

Let us help you "Fall" back into your fitness regiment now that the kids are back in school! Every mother I know has been busy putting the needs of their kids first this summer. Now is the time to do something for yourself and sign up for this Body Back Mini session. It is a four week session with an assessment to help you jump start the new school year and get you heading in the right direction. This is a childfree class however, childcare will be provided for an additional cost.
